Even before the global pandemic rocked the world, mental health stats across the board weren’t all that great. Now, they’re borderline devastating. According to this resource, one in five women are struggling with their mental health (in the form of anxiety or depression) compared to one in eight men. If you are struggling with your mental health, know this: you are not alone. Our company’s mission is to make wellness easily accessible, and our vision is to empower women of all colors and identities to take control of their mental health.
